America's Homeless Veterans Addiction Recovery (AHVets) is a DHCS-certified residential treatment center dedicated exclusively to helping veterans overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.
We believe every veteran deserves the chance to recover — regardless of financial situation, insurance status, or how long they have struggled. Our doors are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

AHVets was founded with one belief at its core: the veterans who sacrificed for this country deserve more than a bed and a prayer. They deserve a full continuum of care — from medically supervised detox to sober living, education, and long-term counseling support.
Our founder and team understand addiction from the inside — not just from a clinical textbook. Many of our staff are veterans and recovering individuals themselves, which means when a veteran walks through our door, they are met by someone who truly gets it.
Over two decades and thousands of veterans later, our method remains simple: meet people where they are, surround them with structure and compassion, and give them the tools to build a life worth living.
